Yosemite Wedding portraits
I haven't shot a wedding for many years...not because I don't love taking them, but because I rather spend my weekends with my family and weddings are all day events.
So when friends of ours came to me and asked about just Bride and Groom Portraits in Yosemite of all places...I was ecstatic!
What an amazing place to shoot - everywhere you look is a stunning view with so many different options and we tried to cover them all!
We started around 2pm down in the valley in a meadow that had lovely mountain views including El Capitan among golden grasses. A perfect time to have a picnic and get a snack before the bulk of the photos ahead.
Next we headed to Tunnel View for a quick stop before heading up to Glacier Point.
After Glacier Point we went to the Sentinel Dome for sunset and it did not disappoint. Once at the top we had time for a bunch of photos before the sun hit the horizon at which they did a champagne toast and a vow exchange. It was beautiful.
